Ear Protection
By law hearing protection must be made available where the sound levels reach or exceed 80 decibels (dB), and are mandatory at 85 dB and above.
Our ear protection products have SNRs from 24 to 36dB (SNR is Simplified Noise Reduction and indicates the amount noise reduction produced by each pair of ear protection devices. For example, if the outside noise level is 80dB, a person wearing a pair of SNR 24dB ear plugs will experience noise levels at the ear of just 56dB.
