This Battery charging in progress sign is used to inform that Batteries are charging, should not be disconnected and the area may be hazardous; this is in accordance with electrical safety regulations. This electrical safety sign conforms to the new 2013 legislation EN 7010 which replaces the old British Standard 5499. This warning sign conveys health and safety instructions for action in electrical safety.
This safety sign is available as a self-adhesive vinyl sticker or in poly propylene (a more environmentally friendly product than PVC). ‘ Battery charging in progress’ is displayed as white text with a blue circular background. This sign is available in the following dimensions: 200mm X150mm, 300mm X 200mm, 400mm X 300mm, 600mm X 400mm. Self-adhesive vinyl (stickers) are suitable for application onto smooth firm surfaces and is intended for use as an interior sign. Poly propylene is suitable for both exterior and interior safety signs and has a self-adhesive backing for smooth surfaces, but may need additional adhesive for rough exterior surfaces exposed to the weather. Foam PVC is intended for use as an outdoor sign, but is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Foam PVC signs are manufactured with pre-drilled mounting holes.
